Are you a full-time student looking for somewhere to stay during the 2022-2023 year?

If that is the case you have found it!

This is a beautiful and cosy studio where you will have your own bathroom and kitchen, which will offer you the necessary privacy and quietness.

And whenever you feel like it, you can relax and socialise at the common room that has a ping pong table and sofas, or at the courtyard garden. There is also a free on-site gym and communal study spaces.

Electricity, heating, water, gas and wi-fi services are all included in the price. It is a student-only let (you do not have to pay the council tax).

Tramworks is perfectly located in the Glasgow West End where you can enjoy amazing cafés, pubs, galleries and museums, plenty of shops and nice parks.

It is a 15-minute walk from the University of Glasgow, and Glasgow Caledonian and Strathclyde unis are just a 20-minute bus ride.

I am looking for someone who can take over the tenancy, from the 10th of September 2022 (or later) until the 2nd of September 2023.
