Beautiful one bedroom flat to rent

I am renting out my flat in Glasgow’s west end for 3 months from the end of August. It’s situated in North Kelvinside, a 15 minute walk from the heart of the west end, and close to a huge Tesco and other local shops.
The flat is fully furnished, contains all cooking and dining equipment, and I could provide bedding if required. I keep my flat very neat and clean, and am looking for someone who would respect it and look after it; it is my home. For that reason, I’d only consider letting my flat to someone who could come for a viewing and I could meet in-person.

The rent includes council tax but not gas and electricity. Maximum stay 3 months.
