The flat is positioned on the second (top) floor of a blonde sandstone Glasgow terrace. There is also a shared back garden.

Otago Street is a truly fantastic location – 2 minute walk to Kelvingrove Park and Kelvinbridge underground station and surrounded by excellent local shops and restaurants like Stravaign, Roots and Fruits, Paesano Pizza, and Cottonrake Bakery.

We are looking for a flatmate who will love and respect the flat as much as we do. We work full time and are generally pretty busy but we like the flat to be clean and tidy.

Bills (utilities, broadband) and Council Tax not included in the rent - usually about £150.
