Bedroom: King size bed with a new premium mattress and storage. Option of wall fitting 32 inch TV or stand alone.

Bathroom: Own bathroom (I have an ensuite), bath and electric shower

Kitchen: Gas hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, new washing machine and small tumble dryer

Living room: 55 inch tv with surround sound, set of electric recliners and “mini balcony”. No TV license - so no live TV or BBC iplayer unless you wish to pay the £170 annual fee.

Shared garden and one assigned parking space included in the price

Will be meeting potential lodgers at the end of August / early September- looking to start rent in September. No smokers and no pets. Would consider a couple but rent price would need to be discussed.
