Furnished room including a bed, desk, wardrobe and armour available in a large flat on the second floor in a quite residential area. There is a shared bathroom, a shared living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The minimum duration of tenancy is twelve months.
The landlord is registered with the Scottish Government according to Scottish law, so the flat is checked once a year to ensure everything is up to standard, fire alarms are working, etc.
You'd be living with two women working in law, at times from home. We have had many lovely kitchen chats, and the occasional evening out together.
The windows are double-glazed, the heating recently checked, so the utility bills have been reasonable (>50 GBP).
The flat is a 10 minute walk away from Partick Trainstation, and about 25 minutes by foot from the University of Glasgow.
