Hi,
I’m looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom ( + 1 spare room for guests), house in Kelvindale. All expected amenities are included, there is also a garden at the back.
No really specific preferences but the landlord's requirement is no smoking. I'm also looking for someone who would be happy to help keep the place clean and in good condition (though no obsessive cleanliness required).
I am a Masters student at GU so someone doing a postgrad course would be ideal but professionals are also welcome - however no student status means that there would be an additional cost of 75-110 pounds per month,
There is a train station nearby and a bus stop not far away. If you cycle, like me, it's about 10 min away from Glasgow University
