Double Bed Room

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of September , so I will have a room available in this 2-bedroom flat as of around the 30th September 2024/1st October.

The room is partially furnished and comes with the double bed and bedside table. The rest is my flatmates and they are taking with them when they leave.

Ideally looking for someone who is working but open to older/masters students too. Not really up for shorter-term stays.
Hoping for someone likeminded who I will get along with well!

The flat:
We have a big living room, decent bathroom (bath+electric shower) and big kitchen (gas cooker, washing machine and dishwasher). I have a cat called Smudge! Everything else is furnished. We have gas central heating and double glazing so it’s cosy in winter.

The flat is third floor and All the neighbours are lovely (most owners and some students).

Rent:
The rent will be £550 per month with bills on top. I own the property so am always on the ball with keeping it up to standard!

Bills:
Bills aren't included(Wi-Fi & energy). Currently £110 per month. Council tax is band D.

Neighbourhood:
We are right in the middle of the West End with great transport links, in between
Kelvinhall/Hillhead subways and only a few minutes walk to Partick station. Loads of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Current Flatmate:
I'm Evie, I’m an artist and student, currently work part-time in a 9-5 admin job. I have a cat called Smudge.
