ABOUT ME
I’m a 33-year-old gay male from Australia and have lived in Glasgow for about 7 years. I work full-time in the arts as a producer, working mostly from the office with a couple of days from home depending on projects. I enjoy good food, nice wine, shit Netflix documentaries, and friendly outgoing folks. I’m pretty relaxed at home and occasionally have friends over for meals but rarely have parties. I like to keep things super clean and well-organised, and expect the same from a flatmate.

ABOUT THE FLAT
- You’ll be staying in a lovely bright two-bedroom flat in Woodlands with hardwood floors and high ceilings.
- The flat is on the third (top) floor. Accessible only by stairs.
- It’s approx. 3 minute's walk to Kelvinbridge subway station.
- Your bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and good latex mattress, Ikea storage unit, clothes rail, desk, and blackout curtains.
- Shared bathroom with separate tub and shower.
- Large living room with a cozy dining nook for meals.
- Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, washing machine, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, wine rack, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and all the usual appliances.
- Huge central hallway with mirror, sideboard, and ceiling-mounted clothes drying rack.
- Gas central heating.
- Very good fibre broadband.
- I use candles and incense a fair bit (in case that is a problem for anyone with allergies)
