Double Room To Let In North Kelvinside

Hello!

I have a flat in North Kelvinside that borders on Maryhill and I’m looking for a new flatmate to share it with :)

Unfortunately, I need to limit the flat to students only (Council tax reasons)

A little bit about myself - I’m a 31 year old music business student/music producer from the north east of Scotland, as well as studying the subject, I also work in it too!
I'm a super laid back individual and I like to spend a lot of my time making music in my studio and going to gigs/socialising.
I used to be a personal trainer and I've also worked in the mental health sector so I care a lot about keeping healthy as well!
I decided to make a career change a few years ago cause i've always thought that music is pretty cool. It would be cool if you also thought that music is cool.

In terms of the flat, I'm a clean and tidy person and i'll always be respectful of your space. I really enjoy being sociable but I also love being cooped up in the studio making music! There's another room in the flat that isn't shown that i'll be spending most of my time in as well, the living room will be yours to use for the majority of the time.

My flat is in North Kelvinside and it borders on Maryhill. It's a really nice area with a beautiful canal walk on its doorstep, the botanic gardens is also a very short walk away, I'm a very keen runner and there's lots of great running routes littered around the area as well!
We have the Hillhead subway that's pretty close if you want quick access to the city centre, however, I work at a music venue in the city centre and walking/cycling never feels like much of a hassle.
