Hi, my flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to move in to my 2 bed flat in Broomhill, West End.

Tenancy start date: 1 February 2025

Rent: £600 a month. Bills an additional £75 (approx)

The flat is in a tenement building in a great location. It’s fully furnished and really spacious: it has a well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer), big living room, storage room. It’s a 25 minute walk to uni of Glasgow (or a short bus ride), 5 minute walk to Hyndland train station, 15 minute walk to Partick train/subway station, 10 minute walk to big Sainsbury’s/home bargains (west end retail park). The area itself is nice with plenty of local shops and cafes. If you have a car then there’s always on-street parking available nearby

A bit about me: I’m originally from wales and am going into my second year of a PHD (in maths). I’m a pretty relaxed and tidy flatmate and usually up for a trip to the pub. I play music but I’m not too noisy. Also like football, hiking, bouldering
