Double Room in 2 bed Kelvinside Flat

Large double room available in 2 bed Kelvinside flat. The flat is on the third floor and comprises 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, living room, and kitchen. There is also space on the landing which can be used to keep a bike. The location is a 15 minute walk from Hillhead subway station in the West End, and a large Tesco. There is also plenty of good, free parking available. I'm advertising the larger of the double bedrooms (pictured), but if you'd prefer a smaller space it could be swapped. [equal split of rent either way]

Looking for a working professional who is respectful of shared space/tidy. Happy to socialise with a new flatmate but also happy if you prefer to do your own thing. I'd ideally like to stay here for 2 more years so it would be ideal if you were looking for something similar. The flat is let by a landlord who we would have to sign a new combined tenancy agreement with. Not a flat for late night/early morning parties.

About me: I'm a 26 and work full time including variable shift patterns. In my spare time I like hiking/outdoors, cooking, film/TV, golf, F1, comedy, occasional drinks, travel, and gigs. LGBT+ friendly. There will be animal products in the flat.
