South facing double room overlooking Kelvin

I'm renting out a double room in a lovely period flat (listed building) overlooking the river Kelvin.

The room is a good double size, about 4x3.5m, and south facing so very bright., and furnished with bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers It looks down at the River Kelvin with no other properties overlooking the window.

The flat is victorian with high ceilings and ample space in the kitchen/diner, living room and bathroom. My favourite thing is the location, you can go immediately down to the Kelvin walkway, and it's a few minutes to the Botanics, Great Western Road, Byer's Road and other amenities like the large Lidl and Waitrose nearby.

There is a nice shared garden (shared with 2 other flats) which catches the sun all day and into the evening during the summer, ideal for BBQs or reading outside.

It is only available short term, but I am looking for someone who is sociable and willing to have the odd meal or trip to the pub together. I work from home so think it would be best if the person taking the room works away from the flat Mon-Fri 9-5 usually. Mature students welcome as well.

The price does not include bills. If you are a student you don't pay council tax, but if not then it will be half of the cost (band E).
