Kitchen includes washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave etc. There is also a small balcony at the entrance of the flat and a larger terrace. Please note, no living room. Price includes gas/electricity, council tax (if applicable), broadband, tv licence, and weekly cleaner.

The property is in a quiet residential area, and is strictly non-smoking. Parking is either on-street permit parking (£85/year), or there is unrestricted parking 5 mins walk from the flat. There are cafes, bars, restaurants, museums, and music venues nearby, so it is a great base for someone who enjoys going out to socialise. It would suit someone looking for a quiet flat, so potentially a female postgraduate student.
