The room
- A spacious double, on the first floor of a really nice, quiet new build in Woodside, just north of Woodlands.
- Fully furnished including a desk, large sliding wardrobe, bedside table, and shelving.
- Open to help you make any reasonable changes to the room to suit your needs if you're staying long term.

The flat
- 1 flatmate (me)
- 1 bathroom with shower and bath
- kitchen, equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and espresso machine
- living/dining room with TV and firestick
-tonnes of street parking (permit required via Glasgow council, 98 per year)

About me
- I work as a renewables engineer based in Glasgow spending about half my time in the office/on site and also working from home
- I'm mainly looking for someone who, like me, is relaxed, friendly, and respectful of shared spaces.
- Only considering people looking to stay 9 months+
- I would prefer to live with a professional but will consider offers from students.

Bills
- High speed fibre optic broadband included
- Council tax band D: Split 50:50 is £110 per month
- Electric: ~£40-60 per person per month depending on heating, I'm happy to work together to keep bills reasonable
