My current flatmate has just accepted an exciting job opportunity, which means I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in at the end of August.

The room
- A spacious double, on the first floor of a really nice, quiet new build in Woodside, just north of Woodlands.
- Furnished with a desk, large sliding wardrobe, bedside table, and shelving.
- Open to help you make any reasonable changes to the room to suit your needs if you're staying long term.

About me
- I work as a renewables engineer based in Glasgow spending most days in the office or on site with the occasional work from home day.
- I'm mainly looking for someone who is relaxed, friendly, and respectful of shared spaces.
- I would prefer to live with a professional but will consider offers from students.

- Council tax band D: Split 50:50
- Electric: ~£45 per person per month
