1 room available in the west end

My flatmate has decided to move out and so his room is now available. It's just me living here, although it is a 3 bed - the third room is used for desk space/hobbies which is quite useful. The flat is medium sized (a good size front room and bedrooms, small kitchen and bathroom) but a good size for two people and it's about 10 minutes walk from the botanical gardens. We have private parking around the back of the flat with plenty of space.

I'd preferably like to find a student for council tax reasons. I've started studying full time but I am also working full-time. I start some of my shifts at 6am so I'm hoping for someone who respects those early starts. Otherwise, I'm very laid back (although busy) and I don't mind a bit of a mess. I do maintain a pretty good standard of clean throughout the flat, since it's small it can rack up quite easily.

A little about me: I play a variety of instruments spending most of my time practicing. I've just begun a guitar building course at Clyde college which I'll be doing 2.5 days a week. My job is working in a distillery and my shifts will cover the week and weekends - so I'm out quite a lot! But usually down for a beer or going out when time is free. I enjoy going to gigs/checking out local trad sessions or simply having a pint in the pub. Otherwise I'll just be cooking and listening to music at home.

There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a small dish washer in the flat.

Bills are around £70 a month at the moment for gas and electric and WiFi as a basic figure.
