Room available in 2 bedroom flat in Hillhead available from ~18/02, at £650pm, open to mature students (if they will split council tax) and professionals.

Lived here three years and I've enjoyed time with my flatmates, striving for a peaceful home. The flat is very relaxing and we want that to continue. Neighbours mostly families and young couples. Suited to calm, clean, considerate people that live frugally and appreciate the space is shared.

The flat is spacious with a random mix of furnishings. New double glazing went in in September. It's gotten cold in the past and we put up with it, we're not the type to blast the heating. Appreciate similar folk. Gas hob is good and the kitchen has okay storage. Boiler is in the advertised room and is reasonably quiet, can start with a clang, but I try not to run the hot taps late at night.

Re. bills, gas/elec are OVO variable tarriff, direct debit averages at £130pm. Broadband is EE Fibre, £36, usually 150Mbps. Council tax band D. Aerial doesn't connect to TV, no TV license and I'm not paying for one.

I enjoy the usual, good films, art, and I typically work out of the house, though sometimes use my desk in living room. I am happy to socialise but enjoy time to myself and appreciate that others do too. I keep the flat extremely clean and would like it to stay that way. Oh and I'm gay and generally a good person so I don't tolerate homophobia/racism/transphobia/far right nutters.
