I’ve lived here for three years and I've enjoyed time with my flatmates, striving for a peaceful, friendly home. We have a very relaxing atmosphere and we’d love that to continue. Neighbours are mostly families and young couples. The flat is suited to calm, clean, considerate people that appreciate the space is shared.
The flat is spacious with a nice mix of furnishings. The kitchen has a good gas hob, decent storage, and the usual conveniences. We have a single spare room too that can sometimes house a guest, or we could try making a home office.
About me, I work out the house 9-5, only very occasionally at home, at my desk in the living room. Happy to share that from time to time. enjoy the usual: good films, art, taking pictures. I am happy to socialise but usually enjoy time to myself and appreciate that others do too. I keep the flat really clean and would like it to stay that way. I'm gay and the new tenant must be queer friendly.
