Double room to rent in Gilshochill

We have a double bedroom on the top floor of our townhouse to rent out. There is a bathroom next to it too that would be yours to use. It has a bath shower.
We have two cats in the property who are indoor cats only so we need someone who will be strict with keeping doors and windows closed so they won’t escape. Preferably someone who has dealt with indoor cats before would be great.


We are a couple in our mid 20’s who have just bought our first home in June and are looking for rent the spare room out. Bills are included.

The quoted price is inclusive of bills including council tax, electricity, gas and broadband.
We are quite couple, happy to just chill in the evenings and watch tv.
I work from home most days so will be in and around the house and my partner works shift work so he will usually work from 6am to 3pm and then be in after that.
