I have been sharing all over the UK and Ireland for the last 20 years and have met many great flatmates who have become great friends. I am seeking a like-minded male or female to share with in 2026.

The flat is lovely. It has great neighbours, most of whom have been here for over 30 years. It's quiet, peaceful, respectful, and in a perfect location.

My name is Stephen. I live life to the fullest. I work hard, have my own businesses, professional, and spend around 30% of my time away from home.

I am looking for someone I can enjoy living with, who lives naturally within the walls; we can share a few beers and glasses of wine and enjoy many good conversations and have our own space. I love a good movie and a bottle of beer or two on a Friday night.

I am very open how I live within the home and would like someone who is the same. A home is to enjoy :) Because I have shared for so long with different folk, I'm very liberated within the home and enjoy the freedom of being myself. I'd like to find someone who also enjoys the home as their own.

The flat is spotless. It's just a five-minute walk from the train station, has bus stops outside, and offers free parking spaces. It's warm, cosy, and inviting, and like I said earlier, it has great neighbours. It also has its own balcony, which gets seven hours of direct sun per day - when it's out.

The room features a TV, a large spare freezer for storing food, ample storage space, and a built-in wardrobe. There is excellent Wi-Fi throughout the flat. The living room has a 68-inch TV. The kitchen has a new washing machine, a fridge freezer, a great cooker, and loads of space. The flat has Sky TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Sky Sports.

The flat has new carpets throughout and primarily new furniture.
