Available early Jan 2025. . A good sized, nicely appointed room with double bed, wardrobe, and desk available for short term rental (preferably up to 3 mos but will consider suitable longer term lodgers) in Glasgow's beautiful West End. Only suitable for one person.

300m from the University of Glasgow Campus, Byres Road shops and amenities.

Broadband and Council Tax included.

Bills NOT included. 50% of energy bills to be paid during period of stay.

The flat is large and airy with fully equipped kitchen, lounge and bathroom (with bath and shower) shared with the owner. It is a traditional Glasgow tenement building with original features (over 100 years old) and plenty of character.

I am a freelance TV professional and often work from home so would suit someone who is out at their place of work or study most days, (rather than having two of us working from home).

I am friendly and easy-going but do expect lodgers to be mature enough to respect reasonable boundaries, and take responsible for cleaning up after themselves.

Sorry, no couples. I do not want to share my house with more than one other person.
