Single Room for Let in West End

Single bedroom available from July in West End.
Looking for someone who is easy to get on with and respectful. I’m a working professional and want someone who will be mindful of this. Happy for students to apply.
As this will be our shared space, I’d like someone who would check in when having people over or needing to borrow milk (the answer will always pretty much be a yes anyways). We can communicate and find even ground on things like what the heat would be set on etc.
Room is only available for 3 months currently. You have the room and a wardrobe, a small organization shelf, a tall shelving unit, and a clothes rack. The bed also accommodates storage if needed. Youll have the shared living room with TV, wifi, couches as well as shared kitchen and bathroom. There will be shared responsibility in cleaning flat.
