The flat is a minute walk from Hillhead subway station, with lots of supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, gym within a 15mins walking distance.

The move-in date would be in the last week of September and move-out at the end of December.

The rent is £697.50 each, council tax (band E) is £110 each, energy bills are around £50 each, and wifi is £13.00 each.

The flat is rented via a private landlord and the letting agency will do a reference check. I'm moving out and the current flatmate will stay, he's currently doing a masters at Strathclyde University.
