A lovely room in the West End

A great spacious flat located in the West End. It’s close to both the University of Glasgow and the city centre. The flat has almost everything you need, including (but not limited to) dishes and a fun flatmate to live with (that’s me). And it’s only £630/month + bills. Bills are approximately £140 in summer and £180 in winter including council tax, gas, electricity and internet. Available from 17th October

I hope to find a fun flatmate to have a good laugh with. I am very sociable and really love meeting new people. I am very much into mental health, travelling, languages, history and lots and lots of different stuff. In my spare time I enjoy both going out to pubs/clubs and have a chill weekend with a book or a good film.
Apart from spare time I work (unfortunately). I also have a fantastic side job as a cat sitter so hope you don’t mind it!

I don’t have many rules than gonna bother you. I understand that we can have our highs and lows. Just have a good personality and we gonna get along ! :)
