Large Double Room in Finnieston Glasgow West End

Hello! I am looking for a post graduate student or similar to stay in one of the three bedrooms in my flat. There are many Chinese students in our area and Chinese/Thai etc are welcome (any nationality also welcome). Many of my previous flatmates have been Thai and I worked at the Thai restaurant. Currently, the flat is shared with two males; myself and one other (Thai).

This advert is for a large room. It is very spacious. It is furnished and I wouldn't mind spending some money on suitable furniture for whoever moves in, depending on their needs. The bed has storage underneath.

There is also a living/dining room (TV, Netflix etc). Small kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave and everything else you need. The bathroom has a bath and shower. All the hot water runs off a gas combi boiler as well as the central heating. I have remote heating controls so you can control the heat for your room just by switching it at the radiator in the room.

I am advertising for students and they do not pay council tax. I pay the council tax and I pay for the internet. The gas and electricity are shared. A reasonable estimate of the bills is between £30 - £50 each per month. That makes your total bills £530 - £550, depending on how much gas and electricity you use.

I am a pretty easy-going personality. I have had more than 30 flatmates here and never had any problems.

If you don't already know the Finnieston area, it has many nice bars and restaurants and so has become one of the favourite areas of Glasgow and the UK. It is a quick walk through the park to get to Glasgow University.
