Tenancy take over at Student Roost- (ensuite) UofG

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1 April to 24 August 2024 (5 months). No deposit required as I already paid the deposit. It is an ensuite single room with a desk and shelves good enough to do your studies. You share a living room with other students. It will be good for UofG students as it is in the area of UofG schools just next to Greggs on the way to St Andrews Building, school of Education. If you want to move in earlier than 1 April it's also OK. This is a very nice environment.
