The flat is located near Partick in the West End of Glasgow, which is perfect for Glasgow Uni students. The university itself is only a ten-minute walk from the flat. The neighbourhood is lovely and safe as well as very practical in terms of transport (with Partick train station and Kelvinhall subway station very nearby) and shopping (with both Morrisons and Lidl only a two-minute walk from the flat). The building is very quiet which is ideal for students who look for peace and tranquility.

The flat is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen, and one living-room. The room in question has its own bathroom near the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a toilet. It's a very lovely and cosy flat which is already furnished.

The room has a double-bed, a desk, and a practical wardrobe. It even has a view on the Kelvin River, which is always a bonus! It is the perfect room for a student who is looking for both comfort and study space.

Me and my flatmate have loved living here and have had the best time in this flat. It is a cosy and peaceful environment and we hope to find someone who can fill in her shoes.
