Lovely room to rent in west end

Hello, my flatmate is going back to Korea and therefore his room is free to rent from the 12th of may. Full time student only (council tax). if a professional wants to apply, council tax will be fully paid by the applicant. We are chill, non party people living in calm and peaceful flat. We value each other’s space. We want someone very clean! The room is spacious with forest view.
There will be a bed in the bedroom before you arrive, our flatmates prefers to sleep on a mattress. There’s a balcony and the residence is super safe. Very quiet street, close to Glasgow uni

About us: we are both studying fine art photography at the Glasgow school of art, we like cinema and working out. We aren’t vegetarian (we don’t mind someone vegetarian or vegan as long as they don’t mind us cooking meat). International students, lgbtq+ friendly, open minded people. Etc etc
