There is also parking space for those with cars. Also with very convenient access to Glasgow's city centre (6 minutes subway ride away).

The room is fully furnished, bright and quiet and includes a double bed, built in wardrobe and working space (with desk and chair included), with broadband currently set-up (new flatmate to take over bills). The carpets and floorboards are also brand new and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room if you wish to bring guests over occasionally.

Looking for someone responsible, preferably employed, but postgraduate students considered, who can respect the neighbours and each other, also clean and tidy and take care of the rooms :)
