Double Room available in West End

My lovely flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take her room starting around June 1st. Flat is ideal location just off Queen Margaret Drive. Big living room and a kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The main bathroom is basically yours as I have an en-suite. 2 min walk from tesco, Brewhaus pub, and multiple bus stops. 10-15 min walk to Hillhead subway. I work as Head Waiter at Cail Bruich restaurant 4 days/nights a week. Otherwise I’m usually enjoying a drink or watching netflix/reading and cooking at home. Happy to have someone to be social with but also very content in my space. Council tax is roughly £100pp and bills £60pp (gas, electric, wifi).
