Room spare in a Woodlands Flat

Hey, me and my flat are looking for a 5th flat mate to join us for the year as one of us is headed on a year abroad! We are a relaxed and social flat living off Woodlands road going into 3rd year of uni.

We’re close to lots of bars and restaurants and within 10 minutes walking distance of town and GU. As well as being 5 mins from St George’s Subway station.

The flat is fully furnished and fairly modern with double glazed windows, a washing machine and dishwasher!!! Bills are not included but average at around £30-£40 a month (electricity, Gas and Wi-Fi) - no council tax due to us being students.

The spare room is a spacious double room and south facing so nice and sunny . It’s furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe with built in shelves and a mirror.
