I'm looking for someone to take over my bright and spacious room on Woodlands Drive as I am moving out to start a job in Edinburgh.

It’s in an ideal location:
3-minute walk to Kelvinbridge subway and Kelvingrove Park. 20-minute walk to the city centre. The street is pretty quiet, but there are nice bars, shops, and a gym nearby.

Monthly bill breakdown per person:
Rent £550, Energy bills £30, WIFI £11, Council tax £57. (Around £650 total)

For those with a car, securing a parking permit for on-street parking is pretty straightforward and cost me around £100 for the year. There is also bike storage available.

Current flatmates:
You will be living with two 25-year-old males. One flatmate works in tech and the other works in recruiting. There is one shared bathroom. We would prefer a non-student for council tax reasons (unless you’re willing to contribute).

I’m expecting this to go really fast so message me ASAP about viewings on the 4th and 5th of May. Your lease will start on the 6th of the month. The landlord has been really good and was fast in getting anything replaced/repaired when it was needed. However, they require you to have a UK-based guarantor.
