I have a large double room available from 18th January and would suit someone with a car as there's a private basement carpark. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, table, chair, lots of storage and you have your own large bathroom as there's another en-suite room, so no need to share.

Fully furnished living room and well equiped kitchen which you'll be sharing. The flat is located at the end of Byres Road and Dumbarton Road, Glasgow Uni is only 2 minutes walk away. Partick train station (5 mins) and Kelvinbridge subway (2 mins) walk. There is a Lidl and a Morrison nearby as well as Tesco and Sainsbury express.

You'll be sharing with 3rd Yr. Glasgow Uni student. All bills are included (electric, gas and broadband) however if you are not a student than you'll have to pay your share of council tax ( Band F - with 25% exemption for single occupancy) I would prefer long term let (£780/mth) however will consider 3 months or less with weekly rate of £220/week.

There are not many flats with private parking available!
