The flat is centrally heated and fully carpeted, adding to its cozy ambiance. It includes a modern kitchen where appliances like the dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle are neatly integrated. The bathroom equipped with a bathtub, an electric shower, and a towel radiator.

Although I’m open to flatmates who enjoy a vegetarian diet, it’s not a deal breaker. That said, I do kindly ask that we keep the kitchen free of red meat. While my job keeps me busy during the week and sometimes on weekends, I always find time for recreation and traveling. I prefer quiet evenings over loud parties, enjoying a masala chai and biscuits. I’m eager to find a like-minded soul who cherishes quietude as much as cleanliness and enjoys a sprinkle of social interaction.
