Sublet Room in the Woodlands - 6 months!

Hello, I am subletting my room while I study abroad for a semester. The room will be available from January to the end of July. The bills are roughly £50 a month each but can be more depending on how much heating is used.

The flat is in a perfect location for Glasgow uni students, it’s a 15 minute walk to main campus, while also being fairly close to the city centre (20-30 minute walk). St. George’s Cross subway station is a 5 minute walk away and 6 and 6A buses are very frequent on Great Western Road.

You would be living with a couple, one finishing her fourth year of an Archaeology degree, and the other a Chemistry masters student. We enjoy reading, movies and chatting together in the kitchen.

It is important that you are clean and tidy, quiet and respectful of others in the flat. We have a current rota cleaning system where everyone is assigned one job - floors, bathroom or kitchen and these are cleaned once a week (or sometimes fortnightly depending on busy-ness). Other duties like emptying the bins and cleaning up after yourself are expected to be carried out regularly and promptly.

We would prefer a female student, perhaps coming for a semester abroad? Although it is not necessary as it is a sublet, therefore council tax will not matter.

The move in and out dates are flexible, and I'm open to extending a couple of weeks in August.

PLEASE NOTE - Applicants will only be considered if they are able to pay the rent from Jan-July.
