Sunny student room in West End (Jul-Dec)

I am subletting my room in a nice and spacious apartment. The room is furnished with a double-bed, a dresser, a clothing rack, a mirror, shelves, a big table, and an office chair. The room faces West, so you get to see the beautiful sunset through the window.
Since it’s my personal space, and to ensure everyone feels comfortable, I would prefer to sublet to a female.

The toilet is separate, but it is not shared (as there are two in the flat), and it has a bathtub. The living room is spacious and includes a dining table that fits 8 people. a sofa, an armchair, and shelves. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need for cooking and baking!

The bills are not included, and are about £70 a month for gas, electricity, and broadband (per person).
