Spare Room in 2-Bed Flat

Looking for someone to take up my room in my top floor two-bedroom flat in the west end of Glasgow. My flatmate, Julia, will be staying so all bills (electricity, gas) will be split with her, as well as £15 a month for wifi and £5 for insurance. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared with the flatmate.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RENT PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE (hopefully not by a lot- probably max £500).
My flatmate is still in uni full time until the end of September doing a masters in biomedical science so she isn't usually in the flat during the day on weekdays. She also works some weekends. She is planning to stay here after September to look for jobs so ideally we are looking for a new tenant who would also be here long-term.
I'm going to be moving back home over the summer as I have a year abroad in September to save up for so ideally we are looking for someone to take the room from July (even better if we can get you in before the end of June!)
The flat is situated near Victoria Park, just past the roundabout at the end of Partick (Whiteinch)- a 20 minute walk from Partick subway station or a 10 minute bus to the University of Glasgow. There is a bus stop right outside the front door and both buses that pass here go straight into the city centre.
If you drive, the flat is in an ideal location for the Clyde Tunnel and there is on-street parking right outside. The Clydeside Expressway is also very close.
A taxi into the city centre takes about 10 mins max and usually costs no more than £15 so the flat is in a perfect location if you like going out too.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge and freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle and my flatmate has a rice cooker that I'm sure she'd let you use:)
The living room has a couch and table, and TV stand, however I will be taking the TV with me when I move home.
The bathroom has an electric shower and bath.
