Looking for a flatmate for a joint tenancy. My lovely current flatmate is moving out and so I am looking for someone to rent her half of the flat.

Rent: £550pcm, G+E: £55pp pcm (annualised), Wifi: £15. Glasgow Council Tax band: C (~£90pm for 10 months).

Lovely ground-floor tenement flat with period features and good light. GCH, gas hob and boiler-fed bath/shower. Spacious rooms with excellent storage (two big cupboards not pictured.)

Convenient bus, subway and train links from Kelvingrove museum, Kelvinhall and Partick station respectively. On-street parking available on surrounding streets by resident's permit. Adjacent to University of Glasgow and West End amenities.

The flat is not HMO and so couples are welcome but the landlord is clear about them being non-resident on a full-time basis. Young professionals of any gender preferred but students will be considered.
