Westend Flat (2 rooms to rent) Bills inc.

I’m Ruby, a 23 year old female, working full time as a modelling Agent. Sadly my wonderful flatmates are both moving away :( So I’m looking for 2 lovely people to move in. It’s a super chill and down to earth flat that are looking for a similar flatmate who can match the vibe.

I’m very into fashion, and music as well as walking, cooking, and the pub amongst loads more stuff. I’m generally quite busy in the week with work and but deffo up for a laugh and of course an occasional night out on the weekend.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and a brand-new washer/ dryer, the bathroom was done up last year and has loads of storage space as well as a full size bath and 2 headed double size power shower. The hallway also has plenty room for bike storage. There is a living room with filled with gorgeous mid century furniture a sound system and TV.

The rooms available are bedrooms 2 and 3 on the floor plan. Both are large and bright, with double beds. One has a whole wall of built in wardrobes, the other has a large double wardrobe.

The flats in a great location and really close to Glasgow University and the west end in general, (it’s just off the great-western by kelvin bridge). It’s also only a 5-minute walk to the Lidl on Maryhill Road and 5-minute walk from Kelvin bridge subway station. So, the The city centre is very easily accessible.

Please Note I have a 15 year old house cat, who is an absolute princess, she is very loving and gentle. However, may affect those with allergies. She’s also quite vocal, so those who don’t like cats be warned!

I’m looking for people to move in around mid August exact dates tbc.
