The flat is ideally located on a quiet street in the Kelvinside area, only a short walk to Great Western Road and Kelvinbridge subway. Bus services also close by.
The large bedroom has plenty of space and large windows so a lot of sunlight! In terms of furnishings, the bed, chair, drawers and wardrobe are all included. The work desk and bed side table are not included.
In terms of communal areas, there is a kitchen, which has many cupboards for utensils and food, as well as a fridge and freezer, hob, oven/grill, kettle, toaster and microwave. The washing machine is in the utilities room. In general, everything is in great condition. There is a spacious living room with cozy sofas and large windows. This also has a dining table and chairs, and a coffee table. There is a shared bathroom which comes with a bathtub/shower and a huge mirror! The flat is perfectly heated but also spacious, in general a great space!
You would be sharing with me (Eilidh). I am a 25 year old professional Ecologist working in the west end. I like hanging out / going to the pub in the evenings but also love a night in with a film or some board games. I’m vegan and also enjoy the outdoors, yoga and looking after my growing collection of plants (please help me!)

In terms of costs:
* Rent: currently £600 each. The first payment will be required when your tenancy starts.
* Deposit: £600 which will be required before the tenancy starts.
* Bills: We currently divide the bills. Energy costs on average £108 a month in total, Council tax is £152 a month in total (Council Tax Band C). Wifi is £27.20 a month in total. In total bills work out to around £143.60 per person a month.
