Two rooms in three bed flat near Byres Road

I’ve lived here for two years with two flatmates - all of us are in our final year at Glasgow Uni and are graduating this summer! They’re both moving out but I’m wanting to stay in the flat, so I’m looking for two new flatmates. I’ve put the listing photos from the lettings agents, but we’ve decorated the flat and it looks a lot nicer in person :)

It’s a top floor flat in a tenement building on a quiet residential street, a five minute walk off of byres road.

I’m not going to be a student anymore, but students or graduates would be welcome. Council Tax amounts to £56 each per month, which I’ve already included in the rent price.

Some info about me! I’m 22, from Ireland and graduating in Ancient History. I’ve worked at a pottery studio through my fourth year at uni and I’ll be continuing to work there!
