Spacious Room to Rent near Glasgow University/Stra

I am looking for someone to sub-let my room in Finnieston from July/August. The room is a converted living room in a 4-bed flat in G3.
It is ideal for Glasgow University students - 10 minute walk. As well as University of Strathclyde. 5 minutes from Exhibition Centre train station. Ideally, the person moving in enjoys pub quizzes, and occasional flat nights out as we are four childhood friends. Please do get in touch with any additional queries via message.

Happy to go for a coffee/drink with you and one of my staying flatmates to make the move more comfortable and view the flat prior to renting. This can be done towards the end of the month. Additionally, interested people feel free to get in touch for photos and documents to prove legitimacy.
