Hey, my names Jemimah and Im going into my 4th year at Glasgow university.
My current flatmate will be moving out mid august with the move out date tbd.
About the flat:
Rent is £465 with the deposit being an additional months rent. Currently we each pay £43 for bills and £15 for wifi.
The bedroom is a fully furnished double bedroom with an en-suit attached. The flat also has a large living area and kitchen.
It is in a good location just off queen Margret drive; only 5 minutes away from Tescos and 25 minutes into Glasgow University or to the subway.
Ideally would be looking for a fellow student.
