These are two spacious, fully furnished double bedrooms available on/from the 30th of August, 2024.
The flat is located on the first floor of the building, with a very nice view over Woodlands Road of greenery, right next to Kelvingrove park. The location is very convenient - situated just a 3min walk from Kelvinbridge station and Great Western Road is even closer. It’s only about a 7 minute walk to campus, and 10-15 minute walk into town the other direction. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby also. The location is also very convenient for groceries, as there is a large Lidl 10 minutes away, with Tesco Express or Sainsbury's local very close to us as well on Great Western Road, and a South Asian store next door.
There isn’t a living room, as it has been converted into a bedroom before we moved in. This is one of the bedrooms available, and since it is much bigger than the other two rooms, this is why the rent is a bit more. This was how we had split the cost previously.
The flat is fully furnished with gas central heating.

I am a student at the University of Glasgow, studying Dentistry. I’m going into 4th year, and have 2 more years until my course finishes. I’m originally Indian, but I’ve been brought up by my family in Aberdeen, Scotland since I was 5. I’d say I’m a very friendly and sociable person, but would also be respectful of your space. I'm looking for flatmates that are chilled, easy-going and ideally not too loud as this is my most important year for studies and so need to focus.
Bills/ broadband are not included, but have worked out to be £30-£40 a month each. They will most likely be much less during the summer as well.
Students are preferred due to council tax reasons. If not, it is Council Tax band C.
