Room to rent Partick Glasgow West End

Currently looking for a new flat mate in my cosy 2 bed flat in Partick, West End just off byres road. The flat is on the top floor of a tenement flat, fully furnished with washing machine, shared bathroom and living room. (Will upload photos soon). There is parking on the street however you would need to get a parking permit. Alternatively there is a subway 5 mins away and good bus/train services also. Council tax is C. Bills not included but these vary with the highest being around £150 in the winter months. My current flat mate will be moving out towards the end of October/Start of November.

A bit about me - I am bubbly and friendly from Belfast who has been here for 8 years. I love to socialise and go out for food but also like to have my own space at times too! I enjoy going to the gym or pilates on my days off and spending time with my friends or just chilling in the flat. I am a children's nurse at the RHC and would appreciate someone who will respect my long shifts days and nights. As much as I don’t mind the odd drink this is not a party flat!
