Double room by the botanics available in August

Hi there, we have a 6-7 week interval between our lodger moving out to London and our new lodger moving in. The room is a spacious double en-suite with a very large wardrobe, bedside cabinet and desk/chair. Our kitchen is large and you would have your own fridge, plus use of our sitting/dining room (we have a separate sitting room ourselves). We have a cat and a dog so must be pet friendly/non-allergic. The area is a prime location for visiting Glasgow and scotland in general, with the botanic gardens two streets away and byres road with all its transport links about 3-5 minutes walk. Would suit someone coming to visit Scotland/Glasgow as a good base location, or a student looking for a short term let whilst they view other properties. Second double room potentially available if families are interested.
