The flat is located on the second floor, situated on a peaceful street in the popular Hillhead area of the West End of Glasgow. Byre's Road and the Botanic Gardens are a short walk away. Public transport is excellent with Hillhead Underground and bus routes on Byre’s Road nearby.
You will be responsible for 25% share of the Gas/Electricity charges (SMART Meter) and broadband. Utility bills currently around £50/month shared between four.
We are three students going into 2nd year at Glasgow Uni, studying Psychology, Biochemistry and History, looking for a fellow student who is sociable, fun, clean and tidy. The flat is in a great location, has been completely redecorated with new carpets throughout and is available from 1st September.
