West End Sublet One Semester

Hi, I stay in a gorgeous old tenement in the west end with four of my friends, we are all arts in students in our early 20s who all quite like to cook, read & have a laugh.
The flat is located 4 minutes from Hillhead Subway Station & 6 minutes from Kelvin bridge so it is very convenient for location:))
We are all pretty sociable & quite like to host parties but we are also all very busy final year students so we try to be respectful of everyone's schedules:)) we'd never host anything if it was inconvenient for you but enjoying last minute pints && the odd afters is always a plus:))
Looking for someone very lovely, clean & respectful of other's space to take care of my flatmate's room over the semester whilst he is away :)) please dm for more info &&& photos :))
As it is a sublet if you are not a student you would not be expected to pay council tax !! Ideal candidate would be someone chill, clean & up for a laugh:)
We are very flexible on dates!!!
