Cosy room in new build, West End.

My lovely flat mate is leaving for London, so looking for someone to take over the room.

We're 5 mins from the the Botanics/Byres Road/GWR. It's a new build so it's got great insulation in the winter and is relatively noise proof compared to most tenements I've lived in before.
Shared space is a big living room/kitchen which is bright and airy and there is storage space/cupboards in the corridor.

About me - I'm an ecologist/wildlife lover, very outdoorsy, active, veggie. Occasionally I have to WFH.

About you - ideally conscientious, tidy, social, veggie. Please don't apply if you're a student and not able to contribute to council tax, as the discount is only about 25% and I can't cover the excess (working in conservation does not pay well lol).

Rent is £535, council tax is £123.50 each, wifi is £13.50 each (need to double check this hasn't changed) and then bills on top, so looking at >£700 a month.

N. B. the property came unfurnished, so you will need to arrange a bed & mattress etc. for yourself/the furniture in the pictures of the bedroom will not be there.
