Double Room in North-Kelvinside

Hi there. Im currently looking for a student lodger to stay with me in my North Kelvinside flat.

The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, kitchen and lots of storage. You would have access to your own bathroom. The flat is fully furnished. The bedroom comes with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table. The kitchen has a good-sized fridge-freezer, an air fryer, a washing machine and all the essentials. The living room has a television, games console, fire TV stick, a record player and a bookshelf.

I’m a 19 year-old 2nd year law student. My main hobby is listening to and playing music. I like to go out for drinks occasionally but I’m generally pretty chilled out and also tidy.

Rent is £700, utilities and bills (energy and gas) are split 50/50. Also a one-month deposit is required.

15-20 minute walk to Glasgow University, 10 minute walk from Tesco Extra, 2 minute walk from a Tesco metro and a 5 minute walk to the botanical gardens.

Lodger can be any gender.

Strictly no smokers.
