Room from an exchange student

Hi! I’m going on exchange from Glasgow university to Netherlands for 6 months (between February and July) and I would like someone to have my room for those 6 months until I come back.

The flat itself is very secure with two locks. It has two double bedrooms, shower/bath, kitchen with all appliances, and a large living room and dining area. There’s a front and back shared garden and a private garage at the back. Everything is completely furnished. There also numerous of parking space and garages to choose from.

It’s in the west of Glasgow, namely Kelvindale which is an affluent area, with many buses running on the main road going to Glasgow university and the city centre. There’s also two train stations nearby as well as a Lidl, Morrisons, Aldi and a Marks and Spencer’s of walking distance. A Tesco Extra is about 15 minutes away.

Both tenants go to Glasgow university. Ideally, due to council tax reasons, we would prefer a student as well.
