I'm subletting my room in a very nice flat in Woodlands from August 1st to September 16th while I'm away on vacation.
The flat comes fully furnished and has all the necessary amenities. it is located in Woodlands, a lovely quiet neighborhood right in-between the heart of the West end and in the city center and very close to Glasgow Uni!
You'll be sharing the flat with 2 students STEM students at Glasgow Uni. We put a great emphasis keeping a very tidy and clean space so if you tend to be messy, this flat is not for you.
About the room in itself: it is of pretty spacious and quiet as it is oriented towards the back garden and is isolated from the other rooms.
Students are preferred and preferably postgraduate students. There's a fair possibility of a long term stay in this room as one of our roommate will probably leave her room by September.
